5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Specialty Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Specialty Solutions may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Software.
